Copper and Sterling Silver signet ring

Born from one of jewellery-making's oldest and most revered techniques, this signet ring begins its life as a hand-carved wax sculpture. Every curve and contour is shaped by hand before being cast in sterling silver — a process that ensures no two rings are ever quite the same.

The face of the signet is kissed with molten copper, pooling and setting in a way that's entirely organic and unrepeatable. The result is a ring that feels ancient and modern all at once — raw, tactile, and unmistakably handmade. Ring is size N1/2 and nearly didn't make it to the shop as I LOVE this one.

  • Hand-carved using the lost wax casting method
  • Sterling silver band and signet face
  • Molten copper detail — unique to each piece
  • Classic signet silhouette with an artisan finish
  • Handcrafted by Rachel in Sellicks Beach, South Australia

A wearable piece of process — the mark of a maker's hand in every detail. Like all Silver Linings jewellery, this ring is crafted with intention in Rachel's home studio.

The name Silver Linings came from my breast cancer experience. Cancer has taken so much from me but also gave me time to reevaluate how I was living my life. The "silver lining" of cancer for me was slowing down and investing in what brings me joy; making and creating in my studio at home.
